WORKSHOP & PERFORMANCE

My Movement My Identity
Intensive residency workshop
Introduction of the workshop
My Movement, My Identity
My Movement, My Identity is a holistic training program that integrates physical, mental, and improvisational practices to support overall well-being. The program is designed to enhance physical and mental health, cultivate new skills, and deepen the connection between body, mind, and soul.
Workshop Structure
The workshop is divided into three progressive phases:
1. Conditioning
This phase focuses on building a strong physical foundation through structured training. Participants work on strength, flexibility, alignment, and body awareness, refining their body lines and developing a clear and expressive physical language.
2. De-conditioning
This phase invites participants to release habitual patterns and limitations. Through guided meditative practices and deep trance work, the body and mind are opened to playfulness and freedom. It supports the release of emotional blockages and encourages a state of openness and receptivity.

Working with the 14 Senses
A key aspect of the program is the exploration and integration of the 14 senses, creating a bridge between physical awareness and inner perception:
-
5 Working Senses (Karmendriyas) – the organs of action that enable expression and interaction
-
5 Knowledge-Acquiring Senses (Jnanendriyas) – the sensory systems that receive and process external information
-
4 Inner Faculties (Antahkarana) – mind, intellect, consciousness, and ego, shaping inner awareness and experience
